"these really do clean out the gunk although if like me you have not cleaned out the camelbak for some time you will have to do it a couple of times to get it clean"

"my last altura shorts have lasted years so it was an easy choice to buy altura again. brought these and the 1st thing i noticed is the sizing has changed these come up tight so had to go for the xx large but once on and riding the material and cut is incredibly comfortable the material does seem much lighter than my old ones so hoping they will last as long but only had them a couple of months so to early to comment but if they do will be an exceelant buy if not they are an expensive short. i ride alot and only wash kit once a week and when you put these on when you have sweated alot on previous ride they stay soft and do not go stiff like old ones,"

"socks are socks and i have tried different makes but have found that x-socks are very good and very comfertable the price is very expensive but has not stopped me buying different styles of these socks for the weather conditions"

"1st time i have used any compression garments and to my surprise they really work, decided on these after reading reviews and they were in the sale but cant not really compare to any others as these are the only ones i have brought, but as far as compresion calf guards are concerned their 100%"

"i use these as a pre drink to training it builds up the minerals which you need if you sweat a lot (like i do) it is a pleasant taste and easy to drink that does not give you any indigestion or stomach cramps i use psp22 during actual training and the zero 5 seems a perfect compliment to it"

I have a road Trek 1000; 16 speed; need new chain and block. What do you recommend?
i use the cross step chain it lasts longer than the hollow pin and changes gear smoothly but you have to match it up with a good drive system , sram x9 or above derailleur sram 990 cassette,x9 triggers and any good chainset. just spent a lot of your money so hope this helps

I take a size small in the 2XU calf guards - what would be the best fit in the Compressport range?

Can I add Zero to my sports drink (usually Torq)? Will doing this help to reduce cramp?
i use zero as a pre drink and psp22 whilst training and get no cramps or any probs
