ZERO is the new electrolyte drink from High5; it's virtually calorie free (1.4 cal per 100ml) and has a light refreshing taste.

"Neutral flavour that is quite palatable either on it's own in your water bottle or mixed with your normal energy drink. Does the job nicely."
Pros: Great Value

IsoGel is a great tasting sports fuel for a burst of instant energy. It has a lighter drink-like consistency for easy consumption and absorption. The classic sachet with a rip-off top makes it ideal on the move for cyclists and runners alike.

"In my honest opinion these are the easiest gels on the stomach. I've tried most of the big brands and some of the not so big ones too. I had 5 of them yesterday over the course of a 20k Double Olympic run and no stomach issues. Consistency isn't too gloopy like some others and you dont really need to wash them down with water."
Pros: High Quality, easy on the stomach

Can I add Zero to my sports drink (usually Torq)? Will doing this help to reduce cramp?
