"Had this jacket a couple of weeks, long enough to put it through its paces
Pros
Yes it is wind and waterproof (I would have expected that as a minimum)
Ventilation is versatile (underarm zips - chest hidden vents etc..)
It has two internal small pockets just big enough for a mobile and small wallet
Cons
The fit and cut is not good
The length is FAR TO SHORT (mine is a man's medium and I would have liked 1.5 inches all round)
The arms are a little long (maybe an inch) and the capacity would suit the Hulk.
The effect is that the wind flaps them around they're so voluminous.
(DHB - take some material from the arms and put it on the length!)
The pocket at the rear is on the small side, both the entry and the capacity and has a protruding zip that interferes with any sack you may be carrying
It has an internal small divider running horizontally that hinders putting things away on the move.
The neck is cut to provide a higher aspect at the back than the front
which works well in the crouch position but is one size with no adjustment drawstring
For a jacket at this price point I would like to see an external chest pocket.
The visibility is provided by small insignia flashes to the rear front and arms that imo aren't sufficient
Why DHB don't make this in fluorescent yellow is a mystery!
To sum up - there are better cheaper products."
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Expensive, Unadjustable, Not Enough Features, Poor Fit, Limited Color Choices

Does the jacket have a mesh inner lining?

Yes and works well (which I should have stated in my review)
