Are you a serious roadie? Roll up your pant legs, and let's find out. If you're a real roadie, you shave your legs. What's more, you measure what you eat, you obsess about your training regimen, you read everything you can about cycling.

"I have found this trainer to be good to keep my fitness up during periods of bad weather or dark nights. It certainly gets your legs working hard and is solidly built. I have found it a little noisy but this could be due to the bike attached to it and since I wear headphones, the noise is not an issue. Overall, a quality trainer that is built to withstand hard use."
Pros: Durable, High Quality, Rugged, Adjustable, Good Fit

Alison Dunlap designed the ADvantage as a high volume aggressive cross country tyre that corners great on big side-knobs.

Can you change resistance while sitting in the saddle?

The resistance is speed dependant - the faster the wheel turns the greater the resistance. Use the gears of your bike to find a suitable level.
