"Solid boots but be careful with the sizing. I have 2 other pairs of Shimano shoes, both of which are EUR44. My normal shoe size is EUR43 (UK9). With normal Shimano shoes I size up one size but with these I had to size up 2 sizes. I ended up with a pair in EUR45. Haven't put them to the test yet but they look like they'll do the job here in the Alps."
Pros: Confortable, Solide
Cons: Mal taillé

"I ummed and arred about sizing for a good while before finally deciding on a Large (i'm 5"9.5 and 80kgs). They fit me perfectly. As for the quality, unbelievable. I bought a pair of Craft bib tights here (sent back because of sizing problem) and while they seemed like a quality product, they certainly weren't in the same league as these bad boys."

How do Assos sizes relate to waist size?

The size chart gives height measurement. I am 175cm (5' 9"), which would make me size medium. But I have a 90cm (35") waist. Would I actually fit into medium? Conversely, would Large be too big, because designed for a taller person?
Hi
I'm 5'9 1/2, 80 kgs with a 35 inch waist, 41 inch chest and inside leg of 32 inches. I went for the Large and they fit great. There is the slightest bit of play in the knee grippers while standing but that dissapears once on the bike.
Hope this helps. Let me know how you find them!
Cheers
