"Great bit of kit, but no fitting instructions, only took 10 mins to work it out but might take those less engineeringly brained or kids a bit more...but well worth the trouble"
Pros: Attractive, Rugged, Adjustable, Lightweight, Versatile, Good Fit

Will the rear guard fit a 27.2mm diameter seat tube??

bianchi steel pista.
Yep should fit that size, it is very adjustable as it has plenty of rubber packing to fit nearly all but the largest diameter tubes

Does it work with pannier rack?

I wish to know if this mudguard works with a pannier rack (for rear wheel). If not, what other brands would work?
Nope it needs room under the pannier rack to stop the crud and then pass up through the rack to fix onto the seat tube
