Will I need a plug adaptor to use the AC adapter in Australia?

Does the AC adapter come with a UK plug on it? If so I guess I'll need a plug adapter to fit Australian sockets.

But it can also be charged through the USB from a computer right?

Yes unfortunately a bit annoying as it comes with UK plug and a US one in box but not Australian. As you say you can charge through USB with computer or just use a USB plug to put the lead into. I just use my iPhone one.
