"Very comfortable and has a bit of comp-feeling although it's not a comp garment. I've been wearing it a lot on both bike rides and running ditos as well as triathlon races and it dires up good without chafing. Got a bit of heat rash though but probably on account of the weather(25-28 degrees C for about two weeks straight)."

When you workout you sweat, that sweat contains water + electrolytes. With PowerBar 5 ELECTROLYTE Tablets you can mix yourself a zero calorie sports drink which provides the body with the 5 main electrolytes in the same ratio they are lost through sweat.

The Vittoria Latex road inner tube is a must have cycling essential for 700c bike wheels if you like watching your bike weight. Latex tubes will require pumping up more often as due to the material used in construction, air seeps out slowly over time.

"My first latex tube and I'm very pleased with it. No punctures after about 70 miles and still going strong, so I'd say that it's worth the extra money. It's best to fill it up with extra air before each ride but still the pressure only drops from 6,5 bar to 4-4,5 over night."

Cons: Expensive

Caffé Tubeless Valve is state of the art: with removable valve core, it allows the use of valve extensions and can be completely rebuilt.

Are these valves compatible with DT Swiss R1800 tubeless rims?

The Flash Pro, featuring Swisstop's Yellow King compound, offers the best braking performance in all conditions and designed solely for carbon wheels. Excellent stopping power wet and dry with superior modulation and low pad wear rates.

Compatible with SRAM red brakes?

Are these pads compatible with SRAM red brakes or should I go for http://www.wiggle.co.uk/sram-redforcerival-brake-pads-for-carbon-rims/ instead? The Flash pro yellow seem to have a higher profile than the red/force/rival pads.

The Windslam Roubaix Jersey offers effective windchill defence, added warmth and all the features you need whilst out on your bike, making it the perfect layer for those cold Autumn/Winter road rides.

SIZING

Your sizing chart would indicate I require a M, would that still be okay with a base layer or would I need a large? I am at the top end of the medium sizing - 38" chest 30" waist 5'7" tall
The fitting was a bit tight but allowed for a thin baselayer, I've hardly ever needed more than that though(or just a short sleeve) due to the warm and great windstopping quality and this while using it in 0 degrees.
