Excellent fit and great for transmitting the power
"A well fitting comfortable shoe. It works excellently with the pedals. As always with Shimano, you have to go for a larger size than you take in a normal shoe - I wear size 10 Dr Martens which the label says is a 45 so I bought size 46 and they're spot on. The open mesh on the top can get your feet a bit cold and a sudden downpour on the way home the other day resulted in numb big toes but I suppose I should've put on some overshoes! I'm guessing they'll be fine in the summer. Straps work well.
"These are my first SPD shoes and work fine. Cleat mates well with pedals on which the springs are unscrewed to the minimum setting without any risk of coming unhitched. I take a size 45 in Doc Martin shoes and these are 46 and fit nicely. Only downside I'd that upper edge is a bit noticeable against my ankle but not enough to rub or cause blisters."

Are these compatible with the various CT70 click'r shoes, and does anything else have to be bought (apart from a bike!)
